Return of a faulty product:
If you receive a faulty product or the product you purchased has developed a fault within 30 days of purchase, we will offer you an exchange or refund upon your request provided that:
- The faulty item is returned within 30 days of the time of receipt of goods
- You have receipt or proof of purchase
- You must return the product with all original accessories
If the product was damaged in transit please contact us immediately (same day) upon recieving the item to return it for a replacement, providing full package details and including photos of the damaged item (submit photo via email: admin@hearsense.store). We will investigate and respond to you as soon as possible.
Change of mind:
If you have changed your mind about a purchase, we will offer an exchange, store credit or refund at our discretion, to the amount of the item(s) at the time of said purchase, provided that:
- Items are returned within 14 days of the time of receipt of goods
- You have receipt or proof of purchase
- Items are in original, unopened and undamaged packaging (submit unopened box with image maybe required in some circumstances, via email:admin@hearsense.store)
Shipping:
For return of a faulty product we will be responsible for the shipping costs for the return, contact us at admin@hearsense.store for instructions. For change of mind return you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
